The lot is located on 8E rang, at the intersection of chemin du Lac-Gauthier. The site is just under 7 kilometers from downtown Mont-Tremblant. The site is about 9 kilometers from the Mont-Blanc ski resort and about 12 kilometers from the Mont-Tremblant ski resort. The immediate vicinity of the site is developed along the 8th Rang.

Bulk land of 10,633,734 square feet (98.8 hectares). The
terrain is mountainous in its northwestern portion.
However, it is relatively flat over most of its surface.

The land immediately adjacent to the site is undeveloped,
with the exception of the land bordering the 6th Range.
Given its proximity to the 6th rang and chemin du
Lac-Gauthier, a short-term development horizon is
conceivable.
